Elliott Cobb is a project engineer and with over 13 years of experience managing diverse teams to achieve strategic organizational objectives. He currently serves as the Project Engineer for the Inglewood Transit Connector Project, an automated people mover that will transport passengers between the Metro Rail System and The Forum, SoFi Stadium, and the Inglewood Basketball and Entertainment Center (IBEC).
During his career, Elliott has developed skills to manage risk, change, schedules, and budgets by linking project objectives to the organization’s overall business goals. Prior to joining our team, he was responsible for developing a comprehensive training program for his organization’s quality assurance and operations departments. By applying project management methodologies to collect requirements, resolve conflicts, and effectively engage with stakeholders, the program was successfully implemented, which led to reduced spending, maximized productivity, and improved relations with clients.
Throughout his career in management roles, Elliott has placed an emphasis on leadership and teambuilding to achieve project objectives. With this focus, he has successfully collaborated with teams to plan and execute innovative approaches to solve business challenges and realize the associated benefits.
Elliott received his Bachelor of Arts in Music from the Santa Fe University of Art and Design and completed a Master of Science in Project Management at USC. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).
