Trifiletti Consulting assisted Bright Star Charter Schools with securing community support and entitlements for construction of a new middle school for 500 students in grades 6-10: a project involving 43,000 square feet of space across 3 stories, with 21 classrooms and a playground area. In addition, our team led negotiations to facilitate Bright Star’s purchase of 2.9 acres of land from the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation for the development of a new, state-of-the-art high school.
OUR ROLE
The Trifiletti Consulting team managed the entitlements and community outreach for construction of the new middle school, located in the Baldwin Village neighborhood of South Los Angeles. Construction is underway. We also led the negotiations and development of transactional documents for a new high school and will manage the environmental clearance in the coming months.
