Desiree is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 15 years of working in partnership with senior managers and staff to plan, implement and oversee policies, processes, professional development, and resource programs with the goal of maximizing an organization’s growth and success. At Trifiletti, Desiree provides strategic leadership and operations management by overseeing all project finances and budgeting, procurement strategies, contract and agreement implementation, and ensuring the Trifiletti Team complies with its contractual responsibilities according to federal, state, and local guidelines. Desiree effectively leads our firm with a seamless skill and expertise that fosters a healthy and productive work culture.

Desiree attended the University of California, Santa Barbara for her Bachelor’s degree and earned her Master’s in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne. She is a certified professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
