Our team was engaged by the City of Inglewood (under the banner Envision Inglewood) to assist the City with an innovative transportation plan to connect the Metro Regional Rail System directly to one of the highest growing housing and employment centers in Los Angeles County, and home to new world-class sports and entertainment destinations, which include SoFi Stadium at Hollywood Park, Kia Forum, and the Intuit Dome, future home of the Los Angeles Clippers.
Trifiletti Consulting is working closely with Inglewood City staff to create effective and efficient work plans, environmental clearance strategies, governmental and interagency coordination, and regulatory compliance measures to ensure that Inglewood’s goals for improving economic stability, and connecting its residents and the Los Angeles region to local jobs, housing, education, and world-class entertainment destinations are met.
Lisa and her team are currently leading the implementation of the City of Inglewood’s short-term and long-range transportation improvements including the Inglewood Transit Connector (ITC) Project, a new 1.6 mile fully elevated automated transit system that will connect the countywide Metro Rail system via the K Line (known as the Crenshaw/LAX Line during planning) Downtown Inglewood station to the City’s new housing, commercial, and entertainment activity centers including SoFi Stadium at Hollywood Park, The Kia Forum, and future Intuit Dome.
Trifiletti Consulting serves as Program Manager for the ITC Project, responsible for its overall development and implementation, and is working closely with Inglewood City staff to carry out other citywide policy planning efforts and capital improvement projects that include the adoption of a Mobility Plan update, the successful launch of an off-site parking shuttle system (Inglewood Park & Go) to SoFi Stadium, stakeholder coordination efforts for citywide parking management strategies, and EIR coordination for the Intuit Dome.
