Jeffrey Ginyard is a communications and community engagement professional with experience supporting major transportation, infrastructure, and community development projects throughout Los Angeles County. With a strong background in public outreach, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications, he specializes in building meaningful relationships between project teams, public agencies, businesses, and community members to foster transparency, collaboration, and informed participation.
Jeffrey has contributed to high-profile initiatives including the Inglewood Transit Connector, LA Metro’s C Line Extension to Torrance, the K Line Northern Extension, the Long Beach Downtown Plan Update, the LA Clippers’ Intuit Dome project, and currently serves as Outreach lead in the City of El Segundo for the LAX Residential Sound Insulation Program. His experience includes coordinating outreach campaigns, facilitating community meetings and events, managing stakeholder databases, conducting field research and analysis, and supporting media and public relations efforts.
Known for his strong organizational skills, adaptability, and collaborative approach, Jeffrey combines analytical thinking with hands-on community engagement to help projects achieve successful outcomes.
