Trifiletti Consulting worked with the team from The Lake on Wilshire–a development located on an under-utilized stretch of Wilshire Boulevard between Los Angeles and Koreatown–to bring their vision to life. Located less than a block east of the Metro Red and Purple lines, the project aimed to transform an existing 1.6 acre site in the Westlake/MacArthur Park neighborhood into a dynamic, transit-oriented, mixed-use project to include: a new multicultural and performing arts center, a 478-unit residential tower (with 11% designated as affordable/low-income), and a modern 220-room hotel.

The Trifiletti Consulting team managed government affairs, agency coordination, negotiation of community benefits package, and strategic community outreach services to gain consensus and lay the groundwork for this exciting development.
