As a Senior Project Manager with Trifiletti, Mark manages Plan Check Submittals and Review, as well as Community Outreach efforts for Trifiletti. Mark is an experienced project manager with a broad range of skills honed through years of successful City Department engagement and permit expediting, community outreach, and stakeholder management on highly complex projects.
Mark is adept at assessing the nature of community issues, recommending and implementing the appropriate educational methods, whether high-tech or personal contact, which will most effectively communicate project messages and generate support. Working for both government and private sector clients, Mark understands the need to carefully and transparently communicate information to concerned communities and to ensure that facts are conveyed timely, comprehensively, and with sensitivity to local issues.
Prior to joining Trifiletti, Mark has helped to advise on communication strategies for private development projects such as the Certified LEED Platinum Century City Center, the transit oriented Martin Expo Town Center in West Los Angeles, the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica, One Beverly Hills, L’Ermitage of Beverly Hills, il Villaggio Toscano in Sherman Oaks, CA, One Paseo in Carmel Valley, CA, and the Southern California Flower Market redevelopment project. Over the last five years, Mark has focused on rounding out the full city service spectrum through Plan Check expediting for commercial, restaurant, mixed-use, and hillside residential developments. In this role he has established a strong understanding of City Departmental requirements, processes, and code troubleshooting.
Mark is a graduate of American University in Washington D.C. with a focus on Public Affairs and Campaign Management. He is also a former staffer of Council District 5.
