As Program Director, Tami manages complex projects for Trifiletti Consulting. Tami is the Program Manager for the real estate and right of way acquisition and relocation program for the proposed 1.6 mile, $1+ billion Inglewood Transit Connector Project, a fully elevated, automated people mover system that will connect passengers from the Metro K Line’s Downtown Inglewood transit station to key destinations in the City including Kia Forum, SoFi Stadium, Hollywood Park , and the future Intuit Dome. She also manages air quality compliance and sustainability projects for the Hollywood Burbank Airport. Prior to joining Trifiletti, Tami was the Director of Environmental Sustainability and Compliance for Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) – the owner and operator of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys General Aviation Airport (VNY). In that role, Tami managed LAWA’s award-winning sustainability program, noise mitigation program, and environmental regulatory compliance program with an emphasis on development of policies and programs to reduce the airports’ environmental impact. Under Tami’s stewardship, LAWA developed and committed to aggressive sustainability goals in the 2019 Sustainability Action Plan including, carbon neutrality by 2045, phasing out plastic water bottles at LAX and VNY, and 100% zero-emission airport bus fleet by 2030. Tami and her team at LAWA also negotiated a ground-breaking memorandum of understanding with the South Coast Air Quality Management District to voluntarily reduce criteria pollutant emissions from airport operations, including continuation of LAX’s ground support equipment (GSE) emissions reduction program that has reduced emissions from GSE by more than 45% since 2015.
Tami received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.
