The City and County of Los Angeles are in negotiations with a master developer for the design, financing and construction of an integrated mixed use project on the 8-acre West LA Civic Center and Courthouse site. The site is anticipated to be redeveloped with affordable housing, civic uses, open space and a connected urban realm.

OUR ROLE: 

Trifiletti Consulting is currently the on-call consultant for real estate advisory services for the Los Angeles County Development Authority, the agency leading the joint solicitation. Trifiletti Consulting is providing project management support, helping facilitate the partnership between the County and City of Los Angeles, providing preliminary entitlements analysis and coordinating the combined approach to entitlement.  Moving forward, Trifiletti will support RFP preparation, evaluation of proposals and negotiations with the selected developer.
